Health. Voice. Empowerment.
Designed for youth, by youth. Your health. Your truth. Your voice.
Health information exists. Knowing how to use it is another story.
The Aletheia Project is a youth-led not-for-profit organisation focused on health advocacy and education. We help young people understand their bodies, navigate health services and speak up when they are not being heard. We are for all youth, and we centre those most likely to go unheard: girls and female-identifying young people, LGBTQIA+ youth, and culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Our Five Pillars
Everything we make is built on five areas young people told us matter most.
From understanding basic health language to recognising medical dismissal, our pillars shape every resource, conversation and campaign. They move young people from knowing, to speaking up, to leading change.

Resources young people actually use
Our Voice Packs turn health information into something practical: plain-language fact sheets, myth-busting activities and prompts that help you find the words for what you’re experiencing. Resources are being developed in English, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic and Hindi.
