Six small sections. One very good Sunday read.

Worth knowing

Before you sign up
How often will I hear from you?
Once a week, on Sunday. That’s it. No daily emails, no surprise sales pitches (we don’t sell anything).
Is it free?
Yes, always. The Aletheia Letter is part of our work as a youth-led health literacy project.
What do you do with my email?
We use it to send you the letter and nothing else. We never sell or share it. You can unsubscribe in one click from any issue, or email contact@thealetheiaproject.org and we’ll remove you.
I’m under 18. Can I sign up?
Yes. The letter is written for young people. We only ask for your email (your first name is optional). If you’re under 15, it’s a good idea to let a parent or carer know you’ve signed up.
Is this medical advice?
No. We share health literacy: how the system works, what words mean, and how to speak up. For anything about your own health, talk to a GP or a service like healthdirect on 1800 022 222. In an emergency, call 000.
Can I write for it or suggest something?
Please do. Reply to any issue, or get involved through our volunteer and writer forms.
Your inbox, but with more truth in it.
