Voice Packs
Our flagship resource: plain-language fact sheets, myth-busting activities and discussion prompts that help young people find the words for what they’re experiencing. Shared in print and digitally through schools, councils and youth organisations.
Empower Packs
In progress. Donated products are arriving from partners, packing starts in late November, and 600 Empower Packs go out in December to girls in culturally diverse and lower-income communities across Greater Melbourne, each pairing donated period, skin and body-care essentials with a Voice Pack, a Health Navigator guide and self-advocacy prompts.
Self-Advocacy Journal & Health Navigator
September 2026 editions. Developed and designed by our executive team: tools that help young people track how they feel, prepare for appointments and find the right support. Now also in Hindi, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified) and Vietnamese.
Digital health education
Plain-language articles, blog posts and social content on health literacy, self-advocacy, stigma and medical dismissal.
Supporting a Friend
New: version 1.1, October 2026. A free 12-page guide to being there for a friend who’s going through a hard time: what to say, how to listen, and when to bring in a trusted adult. English only.
Vote for Your Health
Victorian election 2026. A non-partisan guide to enrolling and voting, the key dates, and what the parties say on youth health, with every claim linked to its source.
Multilingual resources
Now available. The Voice Pack, Self-Advocacy Journal and Health Navigator in Hindi, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified) and Vietnamese, as well as English. Translated by bilingual volunteers and checked by a second volunteer, so language is never the barrier.
Youth workshops
Interactive sessions, built around our Five Pillars, where young people learn, ask questions, practise speaking up and shape our work.
Youth roundtables
Youth health roundtables where young people talk openly about the issues that matter to them, and help shape what we make next.
Youth consultation
We ask young people what they need, then build it with them, not for them.
Aletheia Voices
Out now. Season 1 of our podcast, Aletheia Voices, is on air, with Episodes 1 to 3 live on Spotify: conversations between young people and leaders in health, education, policy and government.
Youth research
Young people investigate the health issues they care about. We publish their work, fully credited, and use it to shape what we do.
Youth research journal
In planning. A new home for youth-led health research, with an editor, peer reviewers and research mentors.
Youth Executive Council
The peak leadership body of Aletheia Australia. Young people aged 14 to 25 advise on our direction, co-design resources and represent youth perspectives.
Where we’ve been
Seven years of youth-led health education, from hand-drawn posters to international reach.
Before we were an organisation, we were young people teaching each other. From those first workshops, youth health roundtables and community events, our work has grown to span resources young people can keep and come back to, live workshops, roundtables and conversations, youth-led research, and youth voice in the decisions that affect them.
